INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can white kidney beans, drained
- 30 oz beef stock
- 3 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 5 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz pasta
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown beef in a skillet, drain fat, add to crockpot.
Add all ingredients except pasta.
Cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours
During the last 30 minutes on high or 60 minutes on low add the pasta
