- 1/2 pt whipping cream (whip and set aside) or use 2 cups thawed cool whip
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (2 lemons)
Mix together and fold into whipped cream pour into graham cracker crust, chill or freeze, top with fresh fruit (blueberries)
