INGREDIENTS
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 C. butter or marg.
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C. finely chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Mix baking soda, salt and nuts with flour. Stir into batter until smooth. Form dough into long rolls. Wrap in wax paper and place in refrigerator over night. Slice thin. Bake at 300 degrees for 8-10 mins. Yummy!
