Molten Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 oz bittersweet chocolate
  • 10 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups powered sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 3 egg yolks

INSTRUCTIONS

Butter or spray with cooking spray 6 ramekins. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Microwave butter and chocolate for 2 minutes or until the butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Add powdered sugar and flour, mix well.

Add eggs and egg yolks. Until well blended.

Divide batter evenly between the 6 ramekins.

Bake at 425 degrees for 14-15 minutes. Let stand 1 minute.

Run a knife around the cake to loosen. Carefully invert cakes onto dessert dishes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
