Creamy Chicken Alfredo

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup parmesan
  • 1 package cream cheese (8oz)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the rotini pasta according to package. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and grill until no longer pink in the middle.

Heat the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, stir in flour until think paste forms

Add the cream cheese and heavy cream, a small amount at a time. Add milk and stir well.

Add parmesan cheese and 1 cup of the mozzarella, then add salt and pepper to taste.

Slice the chicken breast into strips.

Combine chicken, pasta, and sauce. Put in a lasagna pan, top with remaining mozzarella. Bake 20-25 minutes until the pasta is hot and bubbly and the cheese is all melted.
