INGREDIENTS
- 3 Large cans Pastene crushed tomatoes
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 jar pre-sliced jalapenos,,,juice ‘n all
- 4 bundles chopped scallions
- 4 cans of green chilies
- 1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
- ¾ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ lemon, juice
- 1 bundle cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with corn tortillas and plenty of Margaritas!
