INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 2 packages Filo dough
- 1 8 oz. pkg cream chs.
- 3/4 lb. butter
- 1 lb. Feta cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs with electric mixer until fluffy. Add cream cheese and continue beating until well blended. Crumble feta cheese with fork and combine with egg mixture.
Cut filo 6″x 12″. For each triangle, brush half the filo with melted butter, fold over lengthwise to make a strip 3″ in width. Brush with butter.
Place 1 tsp. cheese mixture at one end of each strip, folding strip diagonally to form triangle, continue folding for length of strip keeping triangular shape. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
