Crockpot Tomato Beef Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 3- 4 lb 7bone chuck roast (pot roast with a bone)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 28oz can of crushed tomato
  • 64oz. beef stock
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 lb of elbow or ditalini pasta

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients except pasta in the crockpot cook on low 7-8 hours or high 5-6 hours

When ready to serve cook the pasta and add desired amount.
