INGREDIENTS
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 4 cups of dayold bread cubed, our favorite is asiago cheese bagels
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cut the garlic into quarters, add to the hot oil, Cook until browned and then remove from oil. Add bread, turning frequently until lightly browned remove from oil and season with salt and pepper.
