INGREDIENTS
- 2 C. light grade maple syrup
- dish full of fresh packed snow
INSTRUCTIONS
In a heavy bottomed 4 qt. pot, boil maple syrup on medium-high heat to 235 degrees, stirring the suface occasionally to keep it from boiling over. Immediately pour onto a mound of pristine, freshly fallen snow packed into a bowl or bowls and serve immediately. I think it is best to pour with several different bowls so each person has their own serving. Take a kitchen fork and wrap the warm syrup around it to serve it.
