Fried Mozzarella

INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 lb. block of mozzarella
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 2 eggs – lightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. bread crumbs
  • 1 C. olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Cut mozzarella into 1/2″ blocks 4″ long. Roll in flour, dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs. Repeat eggs and bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until bread crumbs are golden. Serve immediately.
