INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 C. pecans
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Place pecans on a cookie sheet and brush with 1 Tbsp. melted butter, and stir well. Roast pecans at 350 degrees for 12-15 mins or until golden.
Cook sugar, water, cinnamon and salt together to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add vanilla and nuts. Stir gently until mixture becomes creamy. Turn out on a greased platter and separate.
