INGREDIENTS
- 2 2/3 C. confectioneries sugar
- 1/2 C. cocoa
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 4 or 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, combine confectioneries sugar and cocoa–set aside. Cream butter and half of the cocoa mixture. Add milk, vanilla and remaining cocoa mixture. Beat to spreading consistency. For a glossier texture, add 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup.
