CHEESE CAKE
- 2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz. white chocolate
Melt chocolate in double broiler. Fold all ingredients together. Pour into spring pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour in a water bath — spring form pan set inside a bigger baking dish with about 1 inch of boiling water. Bake until lightly golden.
TOPPING
- 2 C. raspberries
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. Chambord
Blend sauce in a blender and strain. Yummy!
