INGREDIENTS
- 2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 1 loaf Italian bread
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first four ingredients. Make three long cuts down the length of the bread, making sure not to cut all the way through. Pour the butter mixture into the cuts. Layer cheese and mushrooms into the cuts. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
