INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 C. sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/4 C. flour
- 3 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream together sugar and butter and alternately add flour and eggs. Bake in a greased and wax paper lined 8″ or 9″ round cake pan at 350 degrees until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. Check after 40 mins. Best if used the first day.
