INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 C. club soda
- 1/2 C. oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped nuts (optional)
- 4 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients and mix for 4 minutes. Pour in a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with confectionery sugar.
