INGREDIENTS
- 2 C. flour
- 1/4 C. whole milk
- 2/3 C oil
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour and salt in bowl. Pour oil and milk into a measuring cup (but don’t stir together). Then pour all at once into flour. Stir lightly until mixed. Divide into halves. Place half of dough between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Wet the counter with sponge before putting down bottom sheet of wax paper. It helps hold it in place. Roll out dough. Peel off top paper. Pick up bottom paper at top corners; place paper side up in pie pan. Carefully peel off paper. Add filling and repeat with top crust.
