Pecan Tarts

CRUST

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. butter or oleo
  • 1 C. flour

Make 1/2″ balls and pack into greased mini muffin tins.

FILLING

  • 1 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • finely chopped pecans

Fill each shell 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
