INGREDIENTS
- 2 C. flour
- 2 C. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 C. cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. boiling water; add this last.
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix first 6 ingredients together, add wet ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
*Makes 30 regular cupcakes. Fill 2/3 of the way and bake 18-20 mins.
