Never Fail Pie Crust

INGREDIENTS

• 2 C. flour
• 1 1/4 C. shortening
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 egg, beaten
• 5 Tbsp. ice water
• 1 Tbsp. vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix flour, shortening and salt. Beat together the egg, water and vinegar. Mix with flour mixture. Makes on double and one single crust. Baking time and temperature according to filling.
