Mini Cream Cheese Tarts

INGREDIENTS

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/4 C. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 doz. vanilla wafers

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend filling ingredients. Place a wafer in each paper-lined mini muffin pan. Fill cups halfway with filling mixture. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill then top with favorite pie filling.
