INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs. ricotta
- 12 lg. eggs
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 qt. milk
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 lb. acini-de pepe macaroni
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs and sugar, add ricotta, cinnamon, vanilla and milk. Cook macaroni, rinse well in cold water, drain, add to all ingredients. Grease pie plate with the margarine. This makes a lot, we use two or three pans. Bake at 1 hour at 325 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
