INGREDIENTS
- 1 qt. softened ice cream
- 1 chocolate cookie crumb crust
- 3 egg whites
- 1 C. marshmallow fluff
- 1 tsp. vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Buy a chocolate crumb pie crust and fill with your favorite ice cream. We like peppermint stick or mint chocolate chip. Place in freezer. To make meringue: in a lg. bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. beat in marshmallow by tablespoon until stiff. Blend in vanilla. Place on top of pie and bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 2-3 mins or until golden. Freeze until read to serve. We serve it with hot fudge sauce.
