INGREDIENTS
- 2 C. milk (scalded)
- 1/3 C. sugar
- 1/3 C. Grape Nuts
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix sugar, Grape Nuts, eggs. Add milk, spices and salt. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. glass casserole dish. Set dish in a pan of hot water and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees (test with knife).
