Fruit Pizza by Chris, Peg’s grandson
CRUST
- 3/4 C. butter
- 1/3 C. conf. sugar
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix together until crumbly. Press into 12″ pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.
FILLING
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 C. marshmallow creme
- Fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, etc.
Mix the marshmallow and cream cheese until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Top with fresh fruit in a pretty design.
TOPPING
- 1/2 C. apricot preserves
- 2 Tbsp. water
Heat over low heat until melted. Cool slightly and drizzle over fruit.
