BROWNIES
- 1 C. margarine
- 5 squares chocolate
- 2 C. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Melt margarine and chocolate, mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a 13 x 9″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes. Top with bittersweet frosting.
BITTERSWEET BLENDER FROSTING
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 C. hot milk
- 1 C. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Process in blender until smooth.
