CAKE
- 1/2 C. butter or margarine
- 4 C. flour
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 C. milk
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 C. blueberries
Cream butter, add sugar, beat until fluffy. Add eggs, beat well, add dry ingredients; alternating with milk until smooth. Fold in floured berries. Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
CRUMB TOPPING
- 1/2 C. melted oleo
- 1 C. sugar
- 2/3 C. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix with a fork and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
