INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 2 lg. eggs, beaten
- 2 -3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in the center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry mixture. Stir until moistened. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
