INGREDIENTS
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 C. flour plus 1 Tbsp.
- 3/4 C. shortening
- 1 1/3 C. coconut
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 12oz. Jar Apricot jam
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together and spread half the mixture in a greased 9″ pan. Spread with 1 jar apricot jam then spread the rest of the batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until brown.
