Spaghetti and Clams

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 (7-oz.) cans minced clams
  • 4 Tbsp. oil (your preference – we use olive oil)
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 cans water
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 lb. spaghetti

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package. While the pasta is cooking, place oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and crushed red pepper in a lg. skillet. Heat until garlic is light brown; add clams and water. Cook 10 minutes. Stir in parsley. Mix together with the drained cooked pasta, heat and serve.

*For variety you can add a can of tomato sauce and some white pepper
