Shrimp & Pesto Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 thin crust Boboli
  • 1 6-oz. pkg. Buitoni pesto
  • 1 lb. thawed shrimp, cut into pieces
  • 6 scallions, chopped
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. shredded 6 cheese Italian cheese
  • crushed red pepper (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread Boboli with pesto, sprinkle cut up shrimp, scallions and a little crushed red pepper over the pesto. Cover with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
