INGREDIENTS
- 1 thin crust Boboli
- 1 6-oz. pkg. Buitoni pesto
- 1 lb. thawed shrimp, cut into pieces
- 6 scallions, chopped
- 1 8-oz. pkg. shredded 6 cheese Italian cheese
- crushed red pepper (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread Boboli with pesto, sprinkle cut up shrimp, scallions and a little crushed red pepper over the pesto. Cover with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
