Sausage and Peppers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 big can of tomato paste
  • 1 C. water
  • 2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 9 green peppers

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix tomato paste and water together and simmer in a frying pan. Boil 2 lbs. of Italian sausage until fat is out. In another pan, boil 8-9 green peppers until soft. Cut sausage and peppers into pieces, add to sauce and simmer for 4 hours.

*Great side dish for a cookout.
