Pork Chops with Potato and Sour Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 3/4 C. thinly sliced onion
  • 4 C. thinly sliced potato
  • 1/4 C. milk or water
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown chops and set aside. Mix potato and onion in a bag with flour, salt and pepper. Lay potato/onion in a buttered baking pan. Place chops on top. Heat soup, sour cream and milk in the frying pan used for browning the pork chops. Stir well and spread over pork chops in baking pan. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr 30 mins.
