Pork Chops and Cream Gravy

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 – 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 C. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Gravy Master

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Reserve 2 Tbsp. pan drippings in skillet. Add flour to skillet, stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until think and bubbly. Add milk and seasonings. Return chops to pan. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
