INGREDIENTS
- 4 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 2 C. chicken broth
- 1 C. uncooked rice
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 sm. onions, sliced
- 1 (15-oz.) can tomatoes
- paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown pork chops and put in shallow baking dish. Add rice. Sprinkle peppers & onions over the top. Add tomatoes and broth. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
