INGREDIENTS
- 1 C. ketchup
- 1 small onion
- 1 C. water
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 5 lb. pork butt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients except pork together and simmer 25 minutes. Grill or bake a 5 lb. pork butt until tender or falls apart. Cool meat and tear or cut into small pieces. Put in baking dish. Cover with sauce and heat to serve.
