INGREDIENTS
- 10 slices white bread
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 C. cooked ham, diced
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 1/4 C. milk
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut bread into small cubes. Layer bread, broccoli and ham in a greased 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over the ingredients in the baking dish. Cover and refrigerate at least eight hours. Remove from refrigerator and let stand 30 minutes. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
