INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg. Stouffers Frozen Spinach Souffle
- 3/4 lb. haddock
- 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 crackers
- 1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray baking dish with Pam. Defrost spinach and spread in dish, place fish on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, lemon juice, and shredded cheese. Top with cracker crumbs, dot with butter. Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
