Caribbean Catfish Fillet

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 C. Tabasco
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 C. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun spice
  • 2-4 catfish fillets

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the first eight ingredients to make a marinade. Marinate the fillets for at least 5 minutes. Remove and cook on a very hot grill. Baste when half done. Cook until fish flakes easily.
