INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 8 oz. chopped green chilies
- 3 med. onions – chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 pkgs. taco mix
- 3/4 – 1 C. water
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 16 flour tortillas
- hot taco sauce
- 1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Add 4-oz. of green chili, tomatoes, parsley, taco mix and water. Add salt, pepper and hot taco sauce to taste. Warm flour tortillas. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese. Cook folded side down on grill for 8-10 minutes.
