INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. pasta
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
- 4 oz. prosciutto, chopped
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 C. frozen baby green peas
- 1/2 C. grated Parmesan / Romano cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta according to package. While pasta is cooking, saute bacon in olive oil until crisp. Add black pepper and allow to stand for 1 minute. Add prosciutto and mushrooms; saute for 3 -4 minutes. Stir in peas and cook 2 more minutes. Place pasta in lg. bowl. Add mushroom and bacon mixture and toss gently. Add cheese and toss again.
