Baked Stuffed Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 doz. jumbo shrimp
  • 2 pkgs. waverly crackers
  • 1/4 C. dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. mayo
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • parsley
  • Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Shell, clean and de-vein shrimp. Add a heaping Tbsp. salt to a quart of cold water. Soak shrimp for 15 minutes. Crumble 2 inner pkgs. of waverly crackers, blend with butter, sherry, mayo, salt and Worcestershire. Place drained shrimp on foil. Stuff cavity of each shrimp with stuffing. Dust with paprika, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
