Meatballs II

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 slices white bread
  • 3/4 C. water
  • 3 lg. eggs
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

With wet hand, roll into small balls (makes about 36). To cook, you may brown them slowly in a skillet with 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil, or even easier is to place them on a baking sheet and bake for 20 mins at 400 degrees. Add to spaghetti sauce.
