Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 lb. ground pork
  • 1 C. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all together and shape into balls. Place on jelly roll pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, turning each meatball after 10 mins. Or pan-fry until browned in 4 Tbsp. hot oil. Add to Sauce.
