Easy Beef Burgundy

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs. stew meat
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cans condensed mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C. burgundy wine (or more, to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue cooking for 30 mins. Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.
