INGREDIENTS
- 6 bonele.ss chicken breasts (leave skin on)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 C. burgundy wine
- 2 C. fresh mushrooms – sliced
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet – liquid gravy
INSTRUCTIONS
Place chicken breasts skin side up in buttered baking dish. Saute mushrooms in butter, add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour over chicken. Cover tightly and bake at 250 degrees for two hours. Remove cover and bake one additional hour.
