INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 C. chicken broth
- 2 C. half & half
- 2 cups cut up chicken
- 4-oz. pimentos
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter in lg. skillet, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Heat until mix is bubbly, whisk and remove from heat. Stir in broth and half & half. Heat over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Add chicken and pimentos, heat thoroughly and serve on toast or rice.
