INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 C. boiling water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 C. mushrooms – sliced
- 1/2 C. onions – chopped
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 C. sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown beef in frying pan. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water and pour over meat. Add onions, mushrooms, tomato paste and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes. Combine water and flour. STir into beef mixture. Add sour cream, stir and simmer five minutes. Serve over noodles.
