INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 green peppers – diced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 (12-oz.) can beef broth
- 1 C. onions – chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8-oz.) can tomatoes
- 3/4 C. uncooked white rice
- grated parm
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet brown beef; add onions, green peppers, salt oregano, tomatoes, broth and rice. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 25 mins. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
